In Nestle Nigeria, the strategic leadership of the firm has a special way of aligning and streamlining their employees' personal goals and aspirations with that of the organization's overall goals and objectives. The study focused on strategic leadership and organizational performance in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment: theoretical evidence from Nestle Nigeria Plc. The study concluded that to fully realize the promise of the era's new technologies, increase agility and inventiveness, and address the challenges of an increasingly demanding, vocal marketplace, organizations will need the human judgment, empathy, passion, and creativity of all of their employees. The study recommended that recommended that for firms to keep further improving performance at all times, they should use essential administration that can set up their HR to endure any change that might happen occasionally in their business climate.
